HSNVA recently donated over $8,000 to the Emergency and Ambulatory Care department. The donation allowed the purchase of specialty equipment needed for Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Trauma Care training. Where HSN used to rely on partnerships with World Trauma Care and other hospitals to offer the training, there are now plans to offer the training twice a year and the equipment will be used for multiple levels of care providers.
