Our Vision
Partnering with Health Sciences North to create a healthy community, by recruiting and retaining volunteers, fundraising to support health initiatives, and facilitating the education of health care professionals.
Our Operations
The Health Sciences North Volunteer Association operates three businesses within the walls of HSN in order to raise funds to support health care initiatives. Governed by our board of directors, and staffed mainly by volunteers, these operations offer unique services to patrons of the hospital.
Near The Lake Boutique
Conveniently located in the Ramsey Lake Health Center site, the boutique offers a wide variety of both essential and unique products for HSN patrons, including gift ware, Jewelry, clothing, magazines, and snacks.
HSNVA Lotto Centre
Also located in the main lobby of the Ramsey Lake Health Center site, the Lotto Centre offers a full range of OLG lottery games, including scratch tickets, ProLine, LottoMax, and 6/49 tickets.
Le Petit Café
Located in the Sudbury Outpatient Centre (Former Memorial Hospital Site), the Café offers delicious snacks, beverages, sandwiches and hot meals to those visiting the site.
