Ice, Ice Baby!

In support of patient-centered care, the HSNVA donated an ice machine to the Emergency Department. The ice machine provides fluid options for patients and facilitates proper specimen collection when ice is required. Feedback from patients and staff in the Emergency Department has been very positive and HSNVA is proud to be a partner.
